01Mechanism

How it works in the body

Molecular hydrogen is one of the smallest molecules there is, so it moves easily through warm water and into the body's tissues. What it appears to do there is selective rather than blunt.

Key mechanisms:

Selective actionRemoves harm, preserves signal
Anti-inflammatoryModulates inflammatory pathways
Cell signalingInfluences gene expression and repair
Hydrogen releaseActivates in warm water to generate molecular hydrogen

WHY IT WORKS

Seven reasons the tablet earns a place in your bath. Lead with recovery, the broadest and most supportable benefit.

Lead angle Recovery
Faster recovery, less soreness
A hydrogen-rich soak helps soothe tired, aching muscles after training — less stiffness the next morning, and a faster return to your next session.
Selective antioxidant action
Molecular hydrogen is small enough to penetrate cells and neutralize the most damaging free radicals — while leaving beneficial signaling molecules untouched.
The Difference

The Aersoak difference

Most bath products stop at magnesium. Aersoak adds molecular hydrogen, a selective antioxidant small enough to reach where it matters. Here is how a soak compares.

Answers, clearly

The questions worth asking.

Everything you need to know before making Aersoak part of your bathing ritual.

What is Aersoak?

Aersoak is a recovery brand built around one product done properly: Molecular Hydrogen Bath Tablets. Each magnesium-based effervescent tablet releases molecular hydrogen (H₂) when dissolved in warm water. Drop 1–3 into a warm bath, let them dissolve, and soak for 20 minutes. A simple recovery soak for post-training days and end-of-day resets. No fragrance, no dyes, no residue.

How do I use Aersoak?

Add 1–3 tablets to a standard warm bath and allow them to begin dissolving before you settle in. Follow the final directions printed on the product label.

What happens when the tablets dissolve?

The magnesium-based formula reacts with water to generate molecular hydrogen throughout the bath, accompanied by visible fizzing and bubbles.

What should I expect to feel?

During the soak: an ordinary warm bath with a gentle fizz as the tablets dissolve. Molecular hydrogen is colorless and odorless, so there's nothing dramatic to notice, and that's by design. Afterward, most people simply describe feeling settled and ready to wind down.

Individual experiences vary, which is exactly why we suggest making it a consistent part of your routine rather than judging it on a single soak.

When is the best time to use Aersoak?

Use it after training, travelling, long workdays or whenever your body and mind need a quieter transition into the evening.

How many baths are in one container?

Each container includes 60 tablets. The number of baths will depend on whether you use one, two or three tablets per soak.

Can I use Aersoak every day?

Yes. Aersoak tablets are designed for regular use as part of your routine, daily if you like, though most people settle into 2–3 soaks per week around their training. As with any bath product, stop and consult a professional if you experience skin irritation.

Can I combine it with bath salts or other products?

Use Aersoak on its own unless compatibility with other bath salts, oils, fragrances or foaming products has been confirmed. Additional products may affect how the tablets dissolve or perform.

Is Aersoak a treatment for pain, inflammation or a skin condition?

No. Aersoak is a wellness bath product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Research into hydrogen-rich bathing is still developing, so health claims must be supported by evidence relevant to the finished Aersoak product.

Will the tablets leave residue in the bath?

The tablets are designed to dissolve fully, with no dyes, no fragrance, and no oily film on your skin or the tub. The tablets themselves are grey, which is the natural color of the mineral core, not a colorant. You may occasionally notice a trace of fine mineral sediment in very hard water; it rinses straight away.

How should I store Aersoak?

Keep the jar tightly sealed in a cool, dry place. A bedroom shelf beats a steamy bathroom. The tablets are moisture-sensitive: humidity is the one thing that can degrade the reaction before the tablets ever reach your bath. Always reseal the lid fully after each use.
